This Project, the first of three phases of expansion planned for the next decade, adds two Operating Rooms along with shelled space for Clean Core, Recovery Unit, expansion of Central Sterile and two more Operating Rooms. These shelled areas will be built out in phase two. Phase three will add four additional Operating Rooms.

St. Peter's surgery expansion is part of a series of current improvements anticipated to total 79,000 sq. ft. of construction. Other projects include: Administration and Finance Addition, Emergency Department Expansion and Remodel, and Multipurpose Bed Unit Expansion and Remodel.
