The first phase of Good Samaritan's Master Plan includes a patient tower on a multilevel diagnostic and treatment base, a parking structure, a medical office building and a central utility plant. Ultimate build-out of the plan will include expansion of the diagnostic and treatment floors, a second patient tower, an additional parking structure and two more medical office buildings. Use of existing buildings for patient care and treatment will be phased out over time.

GBJ is joint venture architect for Good Samaritan's 350,000 sq. ft. replacement facility. The Project includes 4 patient care floors and 5 levels of diagnostic, treatment and service functions.
