Working with MultiCare's administration and staff, the firm has explored growth needs and alternatives for Tacoma General Hospital and Mary Bridge Children's Hospital, which share the campus. Tasks included zoning/ownership survey, development capacity analysis, identifying circulation and access patterns, determining site use potential, and conceptual planning of capital improvements.
