The lowest floor of parking extends beneath a landscaped entry plaza to form an all-weather pedestrian connection to MultiCare's Outpatient Center. Extensive landscaping, brick paving and a fountain court enhance the arrival experience. Brick screen walls in the main facade hide the cars from surrounding residences.
