Our "in-house"
capabilities include all aspects of architectural programming, planning, design, document
preparation and construction administration. In addition, we have established
working relationships with many of the best cost estimators, consulting engineers,
landscape architects and interior designers in the region in order to bring the greatest
possible expertise under our service umbrella.
Beyond
these basic offerings we are often asked to provide a variety of specialized services that
are called for in the work we do. These include: code and zoning research and
applications; building assessment and statements of condition; fire and life safety
planning; as-built drawings; site selection and analysis; and project illustrations and
